Job Summary

The Grid Specialist will work closely with the Technical Team, focusing on supporting securing grid connections and other technical workstreams. Frequent interfacing with the Business Development Team and external stakeholders such as distribution utilities, grid operators, consultants and contractors is expected. The candidate will focus on NGCP connected projects from SIS to CA, including test, commissioning and eventual COD. Multiple projects will be handled simultaneously, with eventual site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and recommend grid interconnection schemes for the BD projects.
• Prepare grid interconnection study documentation and coordinate with grid operators and distribution utilities for interconnection requirements from SIS to CA up to test and commissioning and grid integration.
