Responsibilities

• Support in auto-charting and creation of dynamic market research reports and interactive dashboards
• Support in design and visualization of online and offline presentation and/or materials
• Translate research reporting requirements into technical specifications
• Proactively involve in data preparation and data tabulation (with macro)
• Provide on-the-job guidance to junior associate(s) when required
• Participate in on-going process improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency
• Take lead in data checking and quality assurance for all projects
• Take lead in project management and ensure timely project delivery with no-to-minimum quality issue
• Communicate effectively between internal stakeholders and team members
• Proactively respond to requests submitted by internal stakeholders from various Ipsos offices
