Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5+ years years experience as a BI Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in fintech, financial services, credit, or collections environments
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections operations, or financial data analysis
• Advanced SQL skills and strong reporting capability
• Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement ability
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
