Rishworth is seeking a Senior Base Engineer / Base Manager who will provide engineering leadership, ensure aircraft are delivered on schedule and in a safe manner, and maintain full compliance with NZ CAA regulations and the organisation’s maintenance exposition. The role also involves supporting the growth and development of the engineering team and fostering a strong team culture.

This is a position based in New Zealand which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents.
