Senior BIM/CAD Technician

Job Description:
A Senior BIM/CAD Technician will assess the Facilities department's BIM practices, workflow, model and template standards, recommend improvements, train staff, and identify automation opportunities.

* Consult with the Facilities team to assess the current BIM process, workflows, and Revit usage.
* Recommend and implement process improvements, standards, and benefits.
* Develop BIM documentation and maintenance framework, best practices, and workflows.
* Define automation opportunities using off-the-shelf Revit tools and features.
* Train and mentor staff in Revit skills and execution.
* Develop and present solutions to technical and design problems following industry best practices.
* Performs other duties as assigned
