Santarli Construction Pte. Ltd. is looking for a BIM Model Author in Singapore. This position involves developing and maintaining discipline-specific BIM models using Revit 2026, executing quality control procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering, with at least 3–5 years’ experience in BIM modelling on large-scale projects. Strong skills in Revit and Navisworks are essential, and knowledge of industry standards is preferred.
