Job Description

• Proficiently execute BIM tasks across Mechanical Building Services disciplines, encompassing HVAC, Wet Services, Process, and Fire.
• Demonstrate expertise in Revit modelling within Mechanical Building Services.
• Conduct self‑checks, including clash avoidance with other services.
• Operate in the Autodesk collaboration platforms such as BIM360 or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Enhance skills and participate in training and upskilling sessions.
• Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop content and ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct thorough Level 3 QA/QC checks on discipline models.
• Work autonomously, manage time, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
