Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans.
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree on course corrections.
- Contribute to cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to align on key account plan objectives.
- Engage with peers, District Manager and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge.
- Demonstrate understanding of industry and healthcare trends and how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.
- Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely manner.
- Report customer activity in the CRM system and keep profiles up to date.
