Job Description
Key responsibilities include: End-to-end bookkeeping across multiple client accounts Preparation of monthly management accounts (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports) Debtors, creditors, VAT, and general ledger reconciliations Statutory submissions and compliance reporting Assistance with internal and external audits Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records Support of broader finance and reporting functions within the business Required Proficiencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Proficiency in Xero, Sage, Simple Pay, SARS e Filing, and Easy File Strong Excel skills and financial reporting capability Solid understanding of South African tax and statutory requirements Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and accurately Requirements: Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance 5–10 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role (preferably within a practice en...
