Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst within the Fraud Cluster. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce the Fraud Cluster in the tribe Customer Servicing and Efficiency as a Senior Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS) and preferably an understanding of fraud prevention and detection in banking.
• Join a team that provides tools to fight fraud and coordinates the bank-wide strategy against fraud, supporting remote contact interactions, automating processes, and delivering fraud prevention solutions.
