Senior Business Analyst – HCD, CX 6 Months Contract (with a view to extension) with Tier 1 Bank Location – Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office) The daily rate being offered is up to $1000, including superannuation. Looking for a Business focused BA with experience in continuous improvement methodologies and be able to identify areas for process enhancement. Must have experience in enhancing the customer experience in the banking industry and will possess the ability to work in a Scrum environment, wearing the hat of a Scrum Master for business activities such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
