Promote and sell standardized logistics products, including standard warehousing solutions, air freight, and sea freight lane products.
Identify, target, and acquire SME customers to expand the company's client portfolio and market presence.
Handle daily customer relationship management, manage contract renewals, and evaluate SME clients for potential upgrade into Key Accounts.
Partner with the Operations and Solutions teams to support smooth client onboarding and ensure high service quality based on customer feedback.
