Airswift is searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to work on a permanent, full-time basis in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors

Build and leverage a strong regional network to originate projects and collaborations

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with regional and global objectives

Structure partnerships, consortia, and business models to support project implementation

Lead contract negotiations with partners, including government entities and corporations
