Understand and utilize customer Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support operations. Maintain and control documents in accordance with the Quality Management System (ISO9001 & AS9120). Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations on budgets, manpower, materials handling equipment, and space/layout requirements. Mentor and coach colleagues on Lean methodologies, Business Excellence, and Six Sigma concepts. Identify value stream waste and implement Lean principles to eliminate inefficiencies.
