Job Summary:



Under the supervision of the department Director, provides system support services to the Information Technology staff and computer users. The position is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of multiple projects simultaneously.

• Collaborates with business and technical staff to elicit, clarify, and document project requirements by conducting detailed business analysis, outlining the problems, opportunities, and objectives via interviews, document analysis, business process development, and case studies to find equitable solutions for the department; and
