Main Job Purpose:

The CBFM operates within the Home Care Category, working directly with leading Fragrance House evaluators and perfumers, to develop new, and optimise existing themes in line with agenda. The CBFM works as the fragrance lead for UL with a wide range of functions (marketing, R&D, Supply management, consumer insight etc) both regionally and globally.

The CBFM develops internal capability to ensure fragrances fit with new future formats and formulations under development, as well as delivering fragrances that delight regional consumers in a highly competitive market. In line with Clean Future agenda, they are accountable for driving renewable and biodegradable fragrance solutions.
