Senior Change Manager
Job Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process governance and change coordination? Inetum is looking for a Senior Change Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape.
Your Mission
- Lead the Change Management process, from request evaluation to final approval, in alignment with CA-GIP standards
- Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes on production services, users, and processes
- Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables for each change
- Coordinate CAB and E-CAB meetings, acting as a mediator when needed
- Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Monitor post-deployment success and conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)
