We’re supporting a consultancy delivering a major public‑sector transformation programme that is entering mobilisation. They’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead the people, process and organisational change from the outset.
This is not BAU change. The role will shape the change strategy, engagement approach and adoption framework across multiple workstreams, working closely with programme leadership and senior public‑sector stakeholders.
The programme is operating within a Prosci‑led change environment, and a structured change discipline is a key expectation.
