Responsibilities

• To create new initiatives for improvement of campaign results and overall performance
• To liaise with MOs on their overall campaign performance and problem solve on challenges that arise.
• To book and source for new event sites to be used by marketing offices.
• To negotiate new collaborative deals and rates with preferential sites for more cost savings toward the organization
• To analyse and derive findings from data points for the purpose of site understanding and quality monitoring.

• Learn & Develop in the Senior CTM Executive
• Developing an understanding of SalesWorks and how events cater towards the overall performance and sustainability of marketing offices and SalesWorks respectively.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the Marketing Offices Owners & Admins, and internal parties
