Job Description
Responsibilities - Guide teachers in the holistic development of children
- Ensure positive staff morale and a safe and conducive environment that best benefits the children
- Manage and maintain good relationships with parents, partners and govermental agencies
- Familiar with ECDA licensing requirements, health and safety regulations etc.
- Oversee curriculum and raise the standard and performance of the centre
- Prepare administrative documents and support the centre as required by the management
Requirements - Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership (DECCE-T and DECCE-L)
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting
- Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills
- Is a teamplayer with effective communication and personal skills
- 5.5 day work week
