Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification in bachelors degree in agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in citrus farming or similar agricultural management roles.
- Strong knowledge of citrus production practices, pest management, and soil health.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in farm management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in budget management, cost control, and financial management.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Drivers License (PDP advantageous)
