You will take ownership of the end-to-end tender process, from first-principle estimating and cost analysis to exploring innovative construction solutions that enhance bid competitiveness. This role involves managing risks, presenting well-structured tenders, ensuring smooth handovers to project teams, and mentoring junior estimators. Collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, you’ll help deliver accurate, timely submissions while making a real impact on the future of Australian infrastructure.
