An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead, develop and participate in specialist clinical pharmacy services within the Emergency admissions unitat Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated senior clinical pharmacist to provide expert advice on medicines and ensure safe, effective and high quality care to patients within the fast-paced emergency admissions setting.
The successful candidate will work within the emergency admissions unit MDT, providing specialist clinical pharmacy advice to support the patient journey.
Key responsibilities include medicines reconciliation, prescribing, supporting administration of time critical medication and facilitating timely discharge.
