Reporting to the Director, Clinical Risk Management, the Senior Clinical Risk Manager plays a pivotal role in helping UW Medicine deliver safe, high-quality, and equitable patient care. This role leads the review and resolution of high-stakes patient harm events, partners with clinical and operational leaders to reduce future risk, and serves as a trusted advisor on complex clinical, regulatory, and professional liability matters. Assigned to UWMC Montlake and UWMC Northwest, this position offers the opportunity to make meaningful impact at the intersection of patient safety, quality improvement, and organizational risk strategy.
