The Opportunity

On behalf of Huawei, we are hiring for Senior Cloud Service Operations Engineer who will spearhead the operational excellence of our hybrid cloud ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers (TAM) and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE), ensuring that our Public Cloud and Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) private environments are resilient, secure, and high-performing.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor local service O&M team (e.g. technical account managers), fostering a culture of Issue-to-Resolution efficiency and continuous technical growth.
