Senior CNC Programmer – Life Unlimited

At Smith+Nebwhere we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. As a Senior CNC Programmer you will create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and improve machining processes by optimizing material removal rates to enhance tool life and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs and machining processes using CAD/CAM.
• Develop standardized machining processes, select tooling and cutting parameters, and execute machine prove‑outs.
• Implement cycle‑time and quality improvements and maintain the master CNC program directory in compliance with programming standards.
• Provide production & engineering support: assist CNC machinists with troubleshooting, training and daily operational support.
• Prepare work instructions, supervise machining validations, train operators, and support jig, fixture and equipment design and selection.
