Requirements LLB degree (Essential) LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous 6+ years experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable ) Strong contract drafting skills Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.) Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law and litigation processes Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written) Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
