We are looking for an experienced commercial professional who can drive standardisation, process improvement, and performance consistency across the business.
This person will also act as a trusted partner to operational leadership and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and apply commercial and contractual requirements across Healthcare contracts, including PFI agreements. Review payment mechanisms, service level specifications, and carry out KPI sensitivity analysis to assess commercial exposure and consequences. Review contract terms and conditions and advise operational teams on compliance requirements and identified discrepancies. Support contracts in developing, presenting, and articulating the business position for commercial issues and disputes.
