Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
You’ll be responsible for evaluating and assessing complex risks across a variety of business classes, including their Motor Trade, Farm, Estates and Commercial Select products as well as being a point of referral for less experienced team membersYou’ll train, coach, mentor and guide team members and provide technical support to various stakeholders across the business and support Change to shape the department and it’s processes, looking to continuously improve the efficiency of their operationsYou’ll also be responsible for delivering short-term and one off projects and activities.Experience required:
