About the role The Senior Sales promotes the sales of commercial vehicle fleets within the assigned Middle East region, by developing and maintaining high-level connections and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers (PTA and PTO).
Reports to: The Regional Sales Manager
Key responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers; keep track of local policies and tender opportunities.
- Coordinate and support the work of the BYD local team in the responsible region, including sales assistants, tender specialists and after-sales teams.
- Establish and sustain connections with municipal authorities and cities planning to procure commercial vehicles.
- Provide professional consulting support and relevant information to help local authorities formulate commercial vehicle tender documents.
- Lead the headquarters support team to complete tender bid preparation work.
