Job Summary
Senior Community Managers are responsible for the operations & profitability of the community and serve as the day-to-day point of the contact for the residents. They are on-call 24 hours a day and are responsible for administrative activities, marketing, leasing and home sales, property maintenance, budgeting, human resource management and resident relations.
Job Duties
Markets models, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community. Prepares documents to list and sell homes. (Essential) Resolves complaints and responds to issues in a timely manner.
