Job Description

To Support administration of various compensation activities, including annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, annual budgeting, recognition program, sales incentive plans, job structures and international assignment benefits.

  • Support the development and maintenance of the company’s compensation structure, salary bands, and job grading systems.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement), including vendor management and renewals
  • Maintain data on long-term incentive plans and coordinate with external consultants to manage executive compensation and reporting
  • Document, communicate, and maintain all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to regional and global C&B initiatives and projects as assigned
  • Support and coordinate global mobility processes
