This position plays a critical role in managing compensation frameworks, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering competitive benefits that enhance performance, employee engagement, and organizational trust across both the Singapore and Malaysia workforce.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced C&B professional with at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a regional or dual-country scope, who are confident with salary reviews, benefits administration, and analytics-driven recommendations.
