Job Title: Senior Component Design Engineer (RPA) – Contract

Compensation: $56.00 - $95.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Remote – offsite

Responsibilities


+ Design solutions for reactor structures and components, including the rotatable plug assembly equipment, from requirements through final design

+ Coordinate inputs and requirements from Engineering and Project teams to develop equipment and component design solutions

+ Perform scoping analysis and calculations for various design options

+ Interface with engineering analysis activities and present design results for reviews

+ Assess the technical merit of solutions and lead design reviews

+ Collaborate with equipment suppliers to resolve design and fabrication issues

+ Apply nuclear industry best practices to maintain high-quality engineering design and suggest process improvements
