A Senior Construction Manager is required to work for a highly respectable contractor in London.

This Main Contractor has a strong name in the construction industry for their impressive track record, a strong pipeline of work, and one of the lowest staff turnovers in the industry. The contractor specialises in new build, refurbishment, and fit‑out projects across multiple sectors, including high‑end residential, education, and leisure projects with values up to £50m.

The project for this role is a £25m grade 2 listed building for a high‑end leisure complex scheme.

Ideal Candidate

• 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager.
