High Level Description

This position provides senior‑level Supply Chain Management (SCM) contracts support for complex agreements across Enbridge. The role is accountable for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms using established templates, policies, and approved positions, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk tolerance. Partners closely with SCM, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and efficient contracting outcomes.

Specific Accountabilities

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex agreements (e.g., Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Engineering Service Agreements) using Enbridge‑approved contract templates and standard clauses.
