Pay: $22.00/hr plus $0.50 shift differential

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am

Sr. Team Coordinator

The Sr. Team Coordinator coordinates and guides the workflow of warehouse and crossdock teammates. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving tasks in a warehouse, crossdock, or production support environment focused on continuous improvement. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining shipping records, posting weights and charges, and handling regulated materials documentation. Heavy lifting may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate and guide the workflow of warehouse/crossdock employees.

Facilitate safety teams as directed.

Review the work of warehouse employees for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer standards.
