Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate records and minute books for federal, provincial, and extra-provincial entities
- Prepare and file corporate documents relating to incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, and reorganizations
- Support complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate restructurings
- Conduct due diligence reviews and prepare corporate summaries and reports
- Coordinate annual maintenance and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist lawyers and clients with corporate governance matters
- Conduct corporate, PPSA, and other relevant searches
