Mastercard is seeking a Senior Counsel (Director) to provide strategic, end‑to‑end legal support to assigned business units in Brazil, notably to Customer Risk Management. This role serves as a senior legal advisor and trusted business partner, facilitating thoughtful risk taking while ensuring alignment with Mastercard’s strategy, internal policies, and applicable laws and regulations. The position will be based in São Paulo, Brazil and report directly to the Head of Legal in Brazil.
