We are expanding our legal department and we're looking for a talented and experienced professional to be the Senior Lawyer.
You will be responsible to keep in touch with external suppliers, give advice about Mexico and LATAM and create new processes for our inVision projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting complex legal research and analysis for implementation of educational cultural sports and other socially oriented impact projects
- Leading legal support of projects launches in the LATAM region.
- Providing expert legal advice on the topics related to non profit projects and initiatives reviewal of publications and marketing materials.
- Monitoring relevant laws regulations and legal precedents affecting impact projects in the countries of presence.
- Drafting and reviewing terms of use policies and contracts including services sponsorship cooperation donation agreements and others.
