Detailed Job Description.

The role encompasses comprehensive ownership of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions and related integrations:

" Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions including Cases, Activities, Queues, SLAs, and ARC, Email Template management, PCF controls

" Build and maintain complex Power Automate flows for email-to-case, ARC logic, routing, and exception handling

" Manage and troubleshoot email integration (Exchange sync, mailbox configuration, correlation logic, disclaimer handling)

" Promote solutions safely across DEV ? UAT ? PROD, including hotfixes and rollback planning<...
