Job Description

  • Process and follow up customers’ export and import shipments efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve the customer in all queries and requirements
  • Monitor shipment according to customer status and track & trace upon delivery.
  • Handle full sets of shipping Documentation timely and accurate until closing of files,
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
  • Assisting with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.
  • Working in harmony with the relevant sales and operations teams, correcting when necessary to engage in activities,
  • Preparing periodic reports completely and on time.
We are looking for
  • Minimum 3-4 years work experience in similar role fromthe Freight Forwarding industry background.
  • Must posses strong communication skills – Written &Spoken.
