What are we looking for?

• A senior professional with experience leading end-to-end Salesforce projects as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role;
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 10+ people, fostering collaboration and high performance;
• Strong experience delivering complex, high‑visibility projects involving multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and demanding environments;
• Demonstrated accountability for project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior client leadership;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus;
