Sandvik Mining Division’s IT organization is looking for a Senior Delivery Practice Leader to strengthen and harmonize our delivery ways of working across the organization. As a hands‑on servant leader, you will continuously evolve the Sandvik Mining Operating Model to ensure reliable, high‑quality, and fast delivery that supports long‑term business success.

The position is full-time, permanent and located preferable is Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland. Other location options are Stockholm, Sweden and Dublin, Ireland.

Your daily responsibilities

In this role, you will own and develop our delivery practices - including DevOps, Agile, and hybrid models - and serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for teams and programs.
