In this role, the successful candidate the Senior Dental Operations Director oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the Family Health Centers dental program across multiple practices and locations. This role is a key member of the dental senior leadership team and partners closely with the Associate Dental Officer to maximize growth and financial performance, drive clinic efficiency, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and fosters a positive, high-performance work culture.
