We are seeking an experienced Senior / Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) to support the Tender Department in developing practical, competitive, and buildable engineering solutions. The role requires strong C&S design knowledge, experience working with consultants, and good site exposure to support value engineering, design optimisation, tender proposals, and construction methodology.

• Review and understand project design intent, tender requirements, scope of works, specifications, drawings, and employer’s requirements.
• Study architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings to identify design gaps, clashes, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and preliminary design checks for reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, earth‑retaining structures, and other C&S elements.
