Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead architectural design management for design‑build or traditional projects, either working alongside the in‑house design team or deployed directly to the main contractor’s project team.
- Integrate value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk assessments early in the design stage.
- Oversee design coordination across all disciplines (Arch, BS, Str, Civil).
- Manage and guide the internal architectural design team.
Requirements - In‑depth knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong building regulations, codes, and construction practices. Exposure to both markets will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; professional qualification preferred, such as:
- Hong Kong: HKIA, ARB Registered Architect
- UK: RIBA Chartered Architect
- Singapore: SIA Registered Architect
