Location: Falmer, Brighton / Chatham, Kent / Chichester, West Sussex – some remote working available.

Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility available.

Company: Kier – Senior Design Manager for water & wastewater projects under the £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework for Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8). Initial seven‑year term with option to extend for five years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering design delivery for assigned projects, ensuring quality and consistency across the portfolio.
• Provide line‑management support to Design Managers, including professional development and mentoring.
• Collaborate with engineering discipline leads and project teams to develop technically excellent and economically sound solutions.
