Senior Design Manager

Location: CHANEL Toronto Offices, ON. Reports to: Head of Store Planning. Contract: Permanent & Full‑Time. Your Role

Lead all phases of design coordination, construction project management, procurement, and financial reporting for new projects and existing asset renovations across Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, Fashion, and CHANEL Corporate offices in Canada. Manage the design process from concept to execution, ensuring local adaptation of drawings and renderings received from the UK regional Store Planning team. Coordinate back‑of‑house stockrooms and operational spaces, hire local professionals, and prepare full working drawing packages for permits, tenders, and construction. Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to understand operational needs and incorporate them into design solutions.
