Job Overview: 

The Senior Designer is responsible for implementing all interior architectural projects, including design, suppliers relations, and construction administration.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Draw layout plans on Autocad.

- Conduct site visits and assist in construction supervision.

- Prepare construction drawings and details for BOQ and tender purposes for required projects.

- Follow up on supplier payments in coordination with the Finance department.

- Oversee maintenance and development requests and ensure proper implementation in coordination with the maintenance teams.

- Research and maintain best practices related to architectural design.

- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
